Hot Peel Transfers for Light Garments
Our quality hot peels are known for their soft feel and long lasting durability. Hot Peels are applied to white and light colored 50/50 poly-cotton blends and 100% cotton garments. Hot Peels work best with moderately detailed artwork. Apply Hot Peels at 365° - 380° F for 8-10 seconds. Peel paper immediately.
Super Opaque Hot Peel Transfers for Dark Garments
The same soft feel and durability as a regular Hot Peel, except thicker coverage to maximize opacity on dark garments. Super Opaque Hot Peels are recommended for 50/50 poly-cotton blends and 100% cotton garments. Not recommended for caps, visors, or small designs with fine detail. It is extremely critical that you preheat each garment for a minimum of 15-30 seconds before applying the transfer. Apply Super Opaque Hot Peels at 360°-370° for 5-7 seconds. Peel paper warm.
Elasto Flex Cold Peel Transfers
Elasto Flex Transfers are designed to work on hard to print substrates that demand flexibility such as dazzle knits, mini meshes, spandex, and wicking fabrics. Elasto Flex Transfers are extremely opaque and maintain the highest detail even when applied to dark substrates. Elasto Flex Transfers are very versatile and work well on caps, visors, and other hard to print items (not recommended for nylon). Apply at 310°-320° F for 5-7 seconds. Do not peel paper until it has cooled completely.
Metallic and Glitter Transfers
These specialty inks are designed for hot or cold peel, depending on the garment color. Apply these transfers at 365°-380° F for 10-12 seconds. Metallic and Glitters are not recommended for caps or images with fine details. To achieve the best results, cold peel transfers and use 50/50 or 100% cotton garments. After applying the transfer place a teflon sheet over the design and re-press for 8-10 seconds. Wait until the teflon is completely cooled before removing it. Color Changes and Color Matching
$15 per color changed during production. No minimum printing per color. $15 per color matched. Metallic and Glitter inks can not be modified. Please allow for a slight variation when matching colors.
