Changes and Cancellations
These are generally not accepted, because of the quick turnaround time, and large volume of orders that are being processed daily. In the event that an order must be changed or cancelled, there will be acharge if the order has art time involved, all art time and proofs must be paid in full. If the order was put in screen there is a$15.00 charge per screen used. If there is achange and the order is a rush, it will not be able to go out that day.
"Just the Proof"
Proofing artwork via the fax or web saves time and mistakes and it's only $5.00 per proof. Faxed artwork may appear larger or smaller than actual transfer size. Any changes to afax proof may be subject to additional art charges. Please call for aquote and a production schedule. ~ Returned Check Charge Checks returned unpaid for any reason are subject to a$25.00 charge.
Returned Merchandise
Any returned merchandise must first be authorized by acustomer service representative within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Any merchandise refused for any reason must be first pre-paid including a$5.00 service charge and any additional shipping charges before it can be re-sent. This will put a hold on your account. We will not process any orders until the account has been paid current.
Shipping and Cost Guidelines
Most new transfer orders go out in 5-7 working days. Reorders are generally shipped in 3-5 days. Working days are Monday-Friday, and do not include weekends or holidays. You should also factor in shipping time, 1-7 days depending on your location. Actual length of production time may vary due to seasonal workload or complexity of your order. We cannot guarantee an exact shipping date. We offer UPS -Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, 3 Day Air and Ground. Service charge of $ 3.00 is included on all ground shipments. Service charge of $5.00 applies for each Next Day Air package and $4.00 for each 2 Day package. Multiple orders in the same package are subject to just one service charge. There is an additional charge for residential deliveries. Please note that these guidelines are for delivery within the continental Unites States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories will incur additional charges. Actual shipping charges may vary. Size and weight configuration will determine actual cost.
