1. Preheat press for 330°F. Use light pressure
2. Preheat pallet 3 times for 30 seconds prior to production
3. Preheat each garment 7-10 seconds before applying transfer
4. Use ColorPrint Mask to transfer the image
5. Position transfer on the garment and press for 12-14 seconds using light pressure
6. Peel the paper when COLD

1. Cut a piece of the mask slightly wider than the images to cover
2. Remove the paper backing of the mask and set aside
3. Grasp the mask on either end with the adhesive side down
4. Place the mask on either end with the adhesive side down
5. Place the mask over the image letting middle drop down centering it over the image to cover
6. Use the flat end of the squeegee with firm pressure, press down on the mask starting from the center working your way outward toward the edges
7. Repeat the process in several directions. This will remove any trapped air and create a bond between the mask and the images
8. Trim away any excess mask
9. Apply transfer with mask according to instructions
10. Peel and place the mask back on the shiny side of the original masking paper to reuse again

Most of the application tapes in the industry are manufactured to transfer sign vinyl which does not require any heat. When using these tapes to apply our products, you may be left with an adhesive residue. In addition, it may be difficult to remove the tape. These tapes also must cool before removing, which slows down the production process. A great deal of time was spent formulating a transfer tape that works well with our heat transfer materials. Our clear mask allows you to accurately place the image on the garment as well as allowing a very favorable release on heat application. We strongly recommend that you use our ColorPrint Mask.
