SCREEN PRINTED TRANSFERS

Hot Prints are known for their soft feel and long-lasting durability. Hot Prints are applied to light colored 50/50 and 100% cotton garments. Hot Prints work best with moderately detailed artwork. 

The same soft feel and durability as a regular hot peel, except thicker coverage to minimalize bleeding on dark garments. Super Opaque Hot Peels are recommended for 50/50 and 100% cotton apparel. Not recommended for caps, visors, or small designs with fine detail. 

Elasto Flex Transfers are designed to work hard to print substrates that demand flexibility such as dazzle knits, mini meshes, spandex, and wicking fabrics. Elasto Flex Transfers are extremely opaque and maintain the highest detail even when applied to dark substrates. Elasto Flex Transfers are very versatile and work well on caps, visors, and other hard to print items (not recommended for nylon). 

Easy to apply and durable, our glitter, metallic, and neon transfers will add a little pizzaz to your substrates. Metallic, Glitter, and Neons are not recommended for fine detailed layouts. Neons are not opaque and require another color layered behind. 

Ideal for 100% Polyester & Lycra/Spandex Fabrics

1. Preheat press to 325-335°F. Use medium pressure
2. Preheat pallet 3 times for 30 seconds prior to production
3. Preheat each garment 7-10 seconds before applying transfer
4. Position transfer on the garment and press for 10-12 seconds using medium pressure
5. Peel the paper when HOT
6. (Optional) Cover with Flex Pad and re-press for 18-20 seconds

ATTENTION - Please inspect your order of transfers before applying to your garments. From time to time in the manufacturing process, extra crystals adhere to the paper and can be transferred to your garment. We recommend trimming the extra paper from around the design before applying. 

Due to machine and garment variables, please test a transfer before beginning production

1. Preheat press to 365-375°F. Use medium/heavy pressure
2. Preheat pallet 3 times for 30 seconds prior to production
3. Preheat each garment 15-20 seconds before applying transfer
4. Position transfer on the garment and press for 9-12 seconds using medium/heavy pressure
5. Open machine, pause 2 seconds and peel paper off the garment
6. (Optional) Cover with Flex Pad and re-press for 18-20 seconds
